water bottle.

Facilitators: Pat Cail, M.S. RYT 500 is both a Kripalu and Pranakriya certified 500 hour yoga teacher. She has also been certified to teach Prenatal Yoga and Yoga for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia. She teaches weekly classes at her private studio.

Deanna Beyer, B.A., RYT 200 is also a Kripalu yoga teacher (200 hour) and is certified to teach Chair Yoga and LifeForce Yoga for Depression and Anxiety. She currently teaches both weekly classes and private sessions.
Pat and Deanna have been dear friends since taking their teacher training together at Kripalu
Center for Yoga and Health, Lenox, MA in 2002.
